If you do not have Sahodaya School Complex (SSC) in your city, you may collaborate with your neighboring schools
to create a new Sahodaya School Complex. The procedure to be followed is outlined below in easy steps:
Step 1
Coming together of Schools
Coming together of 5-10 schools located geographically close to each other
Step 2
Election of Office bearers
Convening of a meeting of the Principals of all the member schools by the Principal of any one-member school to elect a President, Secretary, Treasurer and other office bearers on a rotation basis
Step 3
Naming the SSC
Naming the constituted Sahodaya School Complex (SSC)
Step 4
Drafting Bye Laws for the SSC
Drafting a set of bye-laws for the SSC by the members delineating the aims of the voluntary body, the functions, duration
of office etc. of office bearers, list of main activities, periodicity of meetings, subscription etc.
Step 5
Opening of a Bank Account
Opening an account in a local bank in the name of the SSC to be operated jointly by any two office bearers. The account should be audited annually and details circulated to all the members.
Step 6
Preparation of Annual Action Plan
Preparation of an action plan for the whole year in consultation with all the members. Allocate duties for carrying out different programmes among members.
The members should meet at least once a month to review the activities and take up any issue of academic nature for discussion.

Updating information
Once the SSC has been registered, the SSC has to re-elect its office bearers after every 2 or 3 years (as decided
mutually by the members of the SSC) on a rotation basis. The details of the new office bearers have to be
updated on the Sahodaya School Complex website and CBSE Sahodaya micro website
